LIBRA® YOUJJING Water-based Wood White Top Paint

This product, adopting the technology to beautify and prevent to change to yellow, introduces excellent filling materials and agent and it take water to substitute the traditional organic solution. It is developed through adopting water-bome technology. The paint film is tender, beautiful, healthy, and environmental protection, which can give your family a gentle atmosphere.

Suitable Application:

With use of LIBRA ®Water-based White Primer, suitable for surface protection and decoration of indoor doors and windows, wall panels, furniture and other wood products. Don’t recommend for use for easy-to-worn surface, such as floor, desk, etc.

Theoretic Spreading Rate:

One time brushing area: 10--15 Square meter/kg. Actual consumption amount varies from dilution ratio, construction method and substrate flatness.

Construction Requirement:

The optimum conditions: temperature between 10°C-30°C, moisture content of base lower than 14%, the relative humidity below 75%. The construction surfaces should be smooth, clean, dry, no oil slicks and polishing dust treatment.

Application Method:

Generally don’t require dilution, if require, please accurately add clear water, stirring evenly, filer by filtering cloth of more than 200 mesh, stand for 10 minutes before construction. May brush, spray, require to paint thin coating and multi-times.

Recoat Time:

(Dry film of 20 microns, temperature at 25°C, the humidity below 75%) the drying time of previous paint film at least 4 hours, should be thoroughly polishing dust for recoating. If lower temperature and higher humidity, the recoating time should be extended accordingly.

 

Natural Curing:

After completely dried, under temperature of 25 °C and humidity below 75%, natural curing period is 7 days. With the decrease of temperature, the natural curing period should be appropriately extended.

Condition of Storage:

Water-based wood paint should be stored in the cool and ventilated place, the optimum storage temperature is between 10-30°C, don’t store below 0°C. Stored under normal conditions, the product has a shelf-life period for 12 months.

 

Notice:

Read the manual guide in product package carefully before use and it can help to obtain a reliable coating effect. The one should wear protective gear if he has skin damage or allergy. Wash your eyes immediately with plenty of clean water, and ask for medical assistance if the paint is splashed into eyes. This product is non-hazardous, so no special fire protection facilities are required during using. It could be treated as non-toxic, non-hazardous goods for transportation and storage.
